In 2017, my wife and I ventured into real estate investing. Through dedication and hard work, we built a diverse portfolio of income properties spanning Ontario, Saskatchewan, New Brunswick, and Nova Scotia. The allure of Nova Scotia’s landscape, history, and sense of community drew my family and I to relocate in the summer of 2022, reigniting my passion for real estate in a fresh setting.
Transitioning to a career as an investor-focused REALTOR® specializing in multi-family buildings in Nova Scotia felt like a natural progression for me. I chose to align myself with Press Realty due to our shared vision of prioritizing relationships over transactions, anchored in values of sincerity, consensus-building, and embracing challenges. My clients are at the heart of everything I do, whether they’re first-time buyers or seasoned investors looking to expand their portfolios. With a meticulous attention to detail and an analytical mindset, I am dedicated to exceeding their expectations at every turn.
Beyond work, my greatest joy comes from spending time with my family—my wife Megumi, our children Ty and Lana, and our beloved goldendoodle, Tobi.
I am genuinely excited about the opportunity to collaborate with you, leveraging my expertise and dedication to help you achieve your real estate goals. Thank you, and I eagerly anticipate the chance to work with you.
