About Lexie Stienburg

As a lifelong resident of HRM, I’ve always been passionate about everything real estate. My Bachelor of
Commerce, with a Major in Entrepreneurship from Saint Mary’s University, gave me a strong foundation to begin my career in the industry.

Before becoming an agent, I had the unique opportunity to work as a Compliance Officer for the Nova Scotia Real Estate Commission. That experience deepened my understanding of the regulatory side of real estate and continues to benefit my clients today.

I also bring an eye for design and a hands-on approach to every project. When I’m not exploring new opportunities for clients, you might find me mid-renovation, nail gun in hand, transforming spaces myself.

From helping first-time buyers to guiding experienced buyers, I assist in finding everything from lakefront properties and cozy cottages by the ski hill to charming hobby farms and equestrian estates,
making the search for unique and niche properties across Nova Scotia seamless and enjoyable.

Outside of real estate, I’m no stranger to competition and adventure. I’ve spent years competing and coaching in waterskiing, alpine skiing, and horseback riding passions that have shaped my drive, focus, and energy.

I believe buying or selling a property should be an exciting and stress-free experience, and my goal is always to make the process as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
