Since graduating from Saint Francis Xavier University in 1995, Michelle has accumulated over twenty years of experience in sales and customer service including sixteen plus years in the luxury automotive business where she earned a reputation for outstanding customer care. She is looking forward to her new adventure allowing her to combine her passion for customer service, interest in both the history and future development of the Halifax area, and long time obsession with the Real Estate Market.
A life-long Nova Scotian, Michelle has lived in Cape Breton, on the South Shore, and in Digby and Pictou Counties while growing up, but has now resided in the Halifax area for over 20 years. Most recently, she is proud to call Dartmouth home. Along with her husband, David, and daughter, Michaela, she enjoys all Dartmouth has to offer including a growing, vibrant downtown community and summers along lake Banook. Michelle and her family have been planning and organizing the annual Canada Day Street party, a summer highlight in their neighbourhood, for the past 10 years.
Michelle also enjoys spending time at Sacred Heart School in Halifax where Michaela is a student, and she has been an active volunteer since 2012, assisting with both of the major annual fundraising endeavours and acting as class parent. This area of Halifax holds special significance for Michelle as her great grandfather, generations back, built many of the original homes in the historic neighbourhood of Schmidtville which is located adjacent to Sacred Heart School.
