James Dwyer got involved in real estate because he wants to make a change to an industry that is at a crossroad. A change that is needed for the betterment of the consumer who expects a higher level of service, a connection to the community and a combined effort of reaching the mutual goals of success.

The industry is no longer about the “me”. It is about the “we”. By defining what the goals of the consumer, we can collectively achieve an outcome of improving the lives of everyone.

With the core belief of building lasting relationships through shared values, James’s vision is not focused on the hard sell but instead on helping within the community we share and love achieve mutual success. It is not business as usual it is business as it should be. The social impact of his business creates and shares community values by supporting and creating exposure for small business’s, community events, charities, causes that reflect the communities beliefs and passions on the local level. James strongly believes in the power of the “we” to strengthen communities, build better relationships, and foster a greater city for us all to live in.

Today, a more active approach is required to sell a home. James Dwyer’s approach is a combination of community marketing, social media presence, reinventing old systems to fit the modern time, and bringing new technologies and techniques that will create a seamless and comfortable transaction for the consumer. The old systems had their day; it’s time to do real estate a more modern way.

James Dwyer believes having a community-first approach to cause the home to sell by including the community in the marketing. By doing this, James creates informed advocates who are able to speak on behalf of the property to anyone they know who is looking to become a part of the community. James has become an industry leader in the realm of social media and with this platform James is able to create exposure faster and more effectively than traditional methods, thus engaging the buying public directly and more efficiently.
